| Hong Kong was under English control for more than 150 years. So, for Hong Kong, legal procedures and contractual processes… generally, Hong Kongese accept and respect them. So, in this respect, when Hong Kongese and Americans do business together, they probably… as far as contracts go, their respect for procedures, it’s not very different. Of course, when terms are set on contracts in Hong Kong, they probably don’t contain as much detail, not as many demands as American ones. But in the respect for contracts, I think there’s basically no difference in the two places. The only difference as far as contracts go is in their degree of precision. That’s probably a difference between the two places. But there’s little difference in their respect for contracts. | 啊香港在英国人统治之下已经超过一百五十年了。 所以对于对于香港来讲说，那个法律程序来讲呢，和合同的进程来讲，一般的香港人也是很接受也是尊重的。所以说这点可能在香港跟美国之间做生意，对合同来讲，那个进程的尊重呢可能是没有很大的分别。当然在香港的合同呢訂一時后，可能没有含像美国那么仔细，要求那么多。但说对着合同的尊重呢，我想两地之间基本上是没有分别。唯一差别说合同方面的那个精密程度来讲，可能是两地有一点分别。但说对合同的尊重呢应该是分别不大。
