| Chinese people are more traditional; Chinese are a more traditional people. Chinese will, I think that Chinese people rate home life and your career equally importantly. Or, I think Chinese people probably stress your home life a little more. If your family is happy and healthy and you are successful in your work, your life is really perfect. There’s an old saying in Chinese: “Cultivate yourself to govern your family; rule the country to keep peace in the world.” Now when that was first said, it was about the life goals of emperors, generals, and ministers. Their priorities were ruling the country and governing their families, so you had to govern your family before you could rule the state and keep peace in the world. But in today’s society, we know more white-collar… then it’s more… it’s a more common phenomenon. That is, they spend more time on your [sic] work. You probably don’t have as much time for your family life. But I think traditional Chinese still prefer… [they think] that family, that they have to keep their family happy and healthy, that this is an important foundation. I think, from my personal perspective, I think that both aspects [of your life] should have equal weight. You shouldn’t, you shouldn’t over-emphasize one aspect. You have to develop both together. That way, I think your family, that’s the only way your family will be happy.
