| OK, uh, among, among the people I know, those who change jobs, uh, there’s a pretty high frequency of changing jobs. But, uh, some companies use contracts. For example, they [have employees] sign, sign a contract so they won’t leave the company. Uh, for example, if they sign a three or four year contract, they get a higher salary. But, uh, but it requires that they stay with the company for three or four years. But some companies don’t, don’t do this. Uh, if it were me, if I wanted to change jobs, I wouldn’t, uh, I’d naturally consider a better job [offer] because there are a lot of external factors, things like money worries or family factors or whatever.
